Terms of Service

Effective date: August 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RiversideIQ platform (“Service”), operated by [Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

RiversideIQ is a subscription data platform that aggregates, normalizes, and scores publicly available data breach disclosures from US government sources, including SEC filings, the HHS Office for Civil Rights breach portal, and state attorney general notifications. The Service provides search, filtering, risk scoring, organization profiles, CSV export, and weekly email digests.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at jcrook72@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. The current price is $99 per month. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Auto-renewal disclosure: Your subscription automatically renews each month at the then-current price unless you cancel before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

5. Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Since you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period, partial-month refunds are not provided.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately (or at the end of the current billing period, if you cancel a paid subscription).

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
